Pilates & Yoga on your Pilates Holidays & Yoga Retreat

This will be a fun and energising Pilates Holiday & Yoga Retreat, suitable for practioners of all levels. Through a varied practice we will have the opportunity to explore Yoga/Pilates in its fuller sense. There are times in life when we need to let go, relax and unwind, others when we look to energise and reconnect with the bigger picture. Our moods, the stresses of life, the seasons and many other factors can affect how we feel. Pilates & Yoga enables people to detect and correct imbalances that relate to stress, nutrition, learning problems, minor injuries and other issues they meet in their daily life.

During this Pilates Holiday & Yoga Retreat week we will look at ways in which we can use our Yoga/Pilates to improve our everyday living. You will leave with restored energy levels, a renewed vibrancy and a relaxed mind and body. Reconnect with your inner light and experience body brightness.

You will do your daily Pilates & Yoga practice in an 8 x9 meter barn that has been beautifully transformed in to a Yoga studio with solid oak floors and a dramatic tented ceiling. Sunlight floods the space from three huge windows with panoramic views of the countryside.
