Sale Sharks Do Yoga
Fun in the Sun? The scene at Carrington this afternoon with Nisha Srivastava in charge
It was another busy day at Sale Sharks' High Performance Centre at Carrington today.
There were over
300 schoolchildren taking part in the RFU tournament 'Tag to
Twickenham', and the Sale Sharks players were having a post-lunch yoga
session with instructor Nisha Srivastava from North West Pilates & Yoga.
Earlier in the day, the
players - first team squad, Academy and triallists - had undertaken
'Week 3, Day 3' activities in their pre-season programme, which
included athletic preparation, core skills,anaerobic intervals and
games.
