The Ganges River Workshop

You will be lead through an expressive Yin & Yang practice,duplicating the stillness and flow of the Sacred Ganges River,with standing postures to open the spine,hips and shoulders,and twists,bringing greater mobility to those areas of the body creating freedom and spaciousness.

Sports massage can be an important addition to your workout and training, helping achieve your performance goals with minimum injury and pain. A massage after training can help you recover two or three times faster, flushing out the lactic acid and build up of toxins in the muscles.
